no player -> reinstall - > black screen was created by mITSM
Hello
i have some problems with
www.mitsm.de/NEU557/schulung-personenzertifizierung/itil-zertifizierung-foundation-und-expert
1) installed & activated the plugin
2) added the tag to an article
{mp4remote}vi-iso-20000-scrum-isae-3402.appspot.com/ITIL_Schulung_Zertifizierung_V1/ITIL_Schulung_Zertifizierung_V1.mp4{/mp4remote}
3) opend the article in the frontend - Video was playing - but no palyer to stop, paus, etc was shown
4) uninstalled the plugin
5) installed & activated the plugin
6) open the article
7) black Screen
can anybody help?

Actually your video appears on Firefox but not on Chrome where you are getting this error
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'getDisplayElement' of undefined
Make sure that your mp4 video is encoded in h.264 format.

I get this error in all Browsers (IE V10, Firefox V25 and Chrome (V31)) and it was running with the same MP4 before i was reinstalling the plugin.

Try the solution mentioned here: forum.joomlaworks.net/allvideos-(plugin)/status-bar-not-displaying-properly/
