I am using the AllVideos plugin successfully on a http:// site but as soon as I access the same site with https:// I see everything as normal except that most videos are missing. On the site I now have an empty space and it even says "Joomlaworks AllVideo Player" if I hover the mouse over the location where the video should be displayed.

I am using Joomla 2.5.16 with the 2.5.0 version of the AllVideos Plugin on an Apache 2.2.22 webserver with php 5.4.4

Any hints on what in the configuration I might have to change? This problem is not just with videos from Youtube but also on Vimeo.

Videos which are embedded with  flvremote  and mp3s embedded with  mp3remote  are working also on https, so the plugin in general seems to work.

Any ideas what I can do?

Are the youtube and vimeo videos you need to show in https:// as well?

I'm not quite sure what you mean by  "the videos being in https:// as well".

Within the articles all I use is e.g. {youtube}youtubeid{/youtube}  and since embedding the videos works on  http://  there should be no difference in https:// because the youtubeid of the video remains the same

Thanks...

The iframe fix from that article worked for  youtube, vimeo and dailymotion videos but it didnt work for  blip.tv since their videos seem to be embedded in a different way (they dont use iframes). So blip.tv videos remain only visible on http:// whereas on https:// there is not even a blank spot where the player should be as it used to be with youtube before.

Anyways, I only have very few videos embedded from blip.tv so I'll have to live with this problem for now. Would be nice though if a solution could be included in a future release of AllVideos as it is a really great plugin.
