Trouble with Windows and mobile phones

Trouble with Windows and mobile phones was created by janso1982
The videos on my homepage works fine, when I visit it with my Mac, iPhone and iPad. If anybody want to watch the videos with a Samsung S4 or another mobile phone and some Windows computer they only get an black display or error message.

Do I need special settings for trouble-free replay of the videos.
