f4v video not loading on site only see a black box was created by Stefano Grossi

Installed and enabled plugin, paths are set correctly, prepare content in module is set to yes but still video does not load.

Any ideas what may be blocking this?

If your video tags are like this {f4v}CommercialC5_1.f4v{/f4v} it should be changed to this {f4v}CommercialC5_1{/f4v}.

Thank you Yiota - yes I had this originally and changed it. I have changed it back but still no luck. Any other suggestions here?

Make sure that no HTML elements are included in the {f4v} tags. Check with your editor toggled.

Yes I have confirmed that there is no html code within the parameters.

It looks like this: {f4v}CommercialC5_1{/f4v}

Have you tried with a different type of video to see if it works? Try with one of youtube or an flv.
