This looks like an issue of the player which detects some of your videos as live streams. Some of them work fine www.fuori-classe.it/bis/video-lezioni/video/95-bilancia-di-torsione.html . I would try to convert the videos that are facing the issue to a different format.

is ok. It was created as the other. So, I tried to convert a video to mp4 format but you only hear the audio. So I uploaded the video on youtube and and connect them Via The youtube. So it is ok

This is clearly an issue of the JWPlayer that AllVideos is using. We always keep updating AllVideos to include the latest version of JWPlayer. They will fix it probably in a next update.
