I used allvideo plugin in the description of the weblinks component.
I also used the plugin all weblinks to display the component weblinks into a blog page.

When i used all video plugin to display a youtube video, the video display twice ?

Hi. Check again the code. It seems that your editor has placed some invalid markup there.

No there is no double html code in my article.
I think that the problem comes from WEBlink component thant I used to display the page.

When I create my item in weblinks component I have to display the youtube URL on the field URL and I used the allvideo plugin in the description text.

HTML code is clean in my text. I used to create link to ideo in article. But is this case of figure, the link appear twice.

I didn't say that you have duplicate video code. I said that your page has invalid markup. For example in the sidebar you have placed the video inside an anchor tag. I don't know if that is produced by your content, your editor, an extension or your template. But for sure, this is what's causing your issue.
