Hi everyone

I just tried out to play my MP4 videos, located on my server, with AllVideo in a Joomla Article.
Unfortunately it doesn't work properly. On the frontpage the Player tells me all the time "Error loading media: File could not be played".
I couldn't find a solution to this problem, so I came here to ask if anyone knows the answer.
The video plays well in IE, but in my Firefox there is this error message..?!

Hi. Can you try with a different video? If you have encoded the video on your own you may have to try a different encoding software.

Well, I've tried several other videos and "reencoding" them with AnyVideoConverter to MP4 (x264, Bitrate 4000, Framerate 25, Audio: aac, 128, 44100) but still the same problem. Disappointed by this failure, I tried to convert the video to an HTML5 MP4 File but that didn't help me in any way.
I'll progress with my efforts of converting in other formats etc. but if anyone has a tip it would be great to save time. :)

EDIT:
The problem appears also on my Android device! With the internal browser there are no troubles, but with the Firefox App it doesn't work. It wouldn't bother me, if Firefox wouldn't be that widely used as it is...

Firefox does not support mp4 videos.
It is not an issue of the plugin or the software you used.

As you can see it will be adopted in the next version.

But if this would be the reason for my problem, how can you explain, that on Joomla 2.5 with the Plugin JPlayer the Videos are working without any problems, also in Firefox? (www.globalboys.ch/index.php/globalcup)

The only difference to the new version of the website is an updated Joomla Version and another Extension (AllVideos, because JPlayer isn't supported anymore). However, the video files are exactly the same.. (MP4-Format)
