Hi everybody,

I recently uploaded and installed the AllVideos 2.4 extension. It seems to have installed correctly and when I enter the tags in a content item, the audio player shows up but the audio doesn't load.

I uploaded the mp3 files to the images/stories folder via FTP and set the permissions for that folder in the FTP to:

Owner: read, write execute
Group: read, execute
Public: read, execute
with the numeric value set to 755.

The uploaded audio files do not appear in the audio folder when viewed through the Media Manager but are there when I check the files using FTP. I don't appear to be able to upload audio files using the Media Manager - only via FTP.

I am at a loss for what to try next. I don't have a lot of technical knowledge so any advice in relatively plain language would be greatly appreciated.
