I'm totally new to joomla and of course this plugin.  Sorry any dumb questions.

I downloaded and installed the plugin correctly.  By default the plugin was not published so I published it.  But what now?

I went to the media manager and created the videos sub folder under stories.  I will not let me upload any video filetypes; only image files.

When I add new content how do I insert the video into the content?
I can't even link to the video because it won't let me upload it anyway?
