My client has uploaded an .avi  video file and embedded it in the page in a way that looks correct to me.

The player displays but the video doesn't play.  In her Internet Explorer my client is seeing an error message that says "error downloading codec"

Can you give me an idea how to fix this?  I know it is not the plugin itself because I have tested it with my own .avi file which is working fine.
