I'm wondering if anybody knows why there are black bars on the sides of my videos?

I've set the resolution in the Admin area to match the resolution of my video and still there are black bars. I've triple checked everything and can't get it to work.

Ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Just wanted to let people know I figured it out, I just had to increase the height settings in the AllVideos tab and keep fiddling until the black bars disappeared.

It would be nice if AV worked out of the box but it's free and does a great job otherwise. Thanks for the plugin!
