I just installed AllVideos on one of my Joomla 2.5 sites. The page comes up ok. I have the plugin published and the local video folder set to: images/videos

I added the following to my page:
<center>{flv}cogvid2.flv{/flv}</center>

When you click the play button on the player, it responds with Error loading media: File not found.
The page having the issue is: www.lsnf.org/circle-of-giving (video is at the bottom of the page)

I can load and play the video with the direct link:
www.lsnf.org/images/videos/cogvid2.flv

Any ideas??

I just updated the page and changed it to {flvremote} and used the direct link to the file. This way, it works fine. However, I would still like to know why it won't work with the local {flv} link above.

It's not working because your tag is incorrect. Read the documentation at www.joomlaworks.net/support/docs/allvideos to see all the available tags.

Oh I see. On the local files, you don't put the extension on the file name (i.e. .flv) - that is only for the remote tags. I am a little embarrassed I missed that - thanks for the help!!
