AllVideos. 2.5.1 now available was created by JoomlaWorks
We've updated AllVideos to version 2.5.1.

Changes include:
- updated SIlverlight players for Windows Media
- the Joomla! 1.5 version's language messages have been properly transferred to the language files, that means easier localization
- added accessibility messages for DivX playback
- preview image enabled for WMV playback, just use a .jpg image in the same folder as your video, with the same filename too
- corrected link to the AllVideos documentation page - www.joomlaworks.net/content/view/35/41/
- minor code changes

We suggest all users upgrade to the current 2.5.1 version.

You can download your copy from www.joomlaworks.net

Enjoy! ;)

Replied by baijianpeng on topic Chinese language translations for AllVideos. 2.5.1
Attached is my Chinese language translations for Allvideos Plugin 2.5.1.

When translating, I found something wrong:

1. the string "GLOBAL PARAMETERS" was not included in the language file. I tried to add it manually, but failed. Maybe you should not use = = = symbols around this phrase. Since = (equal)symbol is used to difine language strings in .ini files.

2. All those parameters can't show up Chinese characters even after I uploaded my translation. Then I checked and found your Definition method was wrong.

For example, AV_YES=Yes, this one still show me English even after I translated it into AV_YES=是 (Chinese). Then I modified it to YES=是, and this time it worked!

That is to say, I had to modify each language string before the = symbol in the language file to make it work. You can notice this if you compare my language file with your en-GB file.

Replied by baijianpeng on topic Chinese video providers code
One of the members on my website had contributed his patch code for Allvideos Plugin to add support for several Chinese videos providers.

You can find his code at:

www.joomlagate.com/component/option,com_smf/Itemid,31/topic,3061.msg12140/#msg12140

He had tested and it worked.

Please add these to improve this great plugin.

Thanks.
