Hello Joomlers,

i have joomla 1.5 installed a, Fireboard 1.0.4 installed and Allvideos joomla 1.0 version installed and ENABLED.

and when i make a post like {youtube}video_id{youtube} (video id can be some youtube video id) , it does not embed the video , just shows the text like "{youtube}video_id{youtube}" in forum post on fireboard.

am i missing something here ? is allvideos incompatible with fireboard 1.0.4 ?

can't wait to get an answer from pro guys.

Let me tell you the steps i did after following your post.

i downloaded both Allvideos 2.5.2 J1.0 and J1.5.

Started with 2.5.2 J1.0,
> uploaded and installed and ENABLED
> then went to the content page and refreshed it (expecting to see the youtube, but did not  :( )

> then i edited that page, reentered the value like this "{youtube}m0HyUilgJkI{/youtube}" and submitted and refreshed expecting to see youtube , yet it did not show up. what i see is just "{youtube}m0HyUilgJkI{/youtube}"

Then i uninstalled 2.5.2 J1.0 and installed 2.5.2 J1.5 and ENABLED

and refreshed the content page expecting to see youtube embed , yet again did not  :'(.

then i edited that page and submitted again , yet again no youtube.

I have no clue yet.
