I am trying to embed .flv files, however, when testing from the front end of the site, the video player says the file cannot be found. I have double checked the path and also confirmed that the file is indeed on the server. For example I'm using the tag {flv}gpafricaareaoverview{/flv} and the file path is images/stories/videos, however I keep getting an error that the file is not found. I have the video in two formats so I then tried it with an mp4 file {mp4}gpafricaareaoverview{/mp4}, but that one just spins and spins but won't start playing. If put as a link on some text and click the link, the mp4 file opens and plays just fine. Is there a setting somewhere that I need to change? How do I fix the error? Thanks.

This is the tag: {flvremote}www.libra-ortho.com/app/bf/media/Fiorelli_Eng.flv{/flvremote}
the file is at the right place.
I am a biginner and I can't figure out what to do.

I found the reason: script safe plugin for chrome was blocking p.jwpcdn.com
The message I had was misleading me and I did not think to check SS.
