I have got responsive design activated and for some reason all my videos are not looking responsive on my mobile phone. I have got a few youtube, .wmv, and .mp4 videos on my site. The .mp4 videos also do not play if the responsive design is activated. In classic, they play...

Any suggestions as to why this might be?

Yes, it is www.healthybodiesfitnessandnutrition.com. The only videos that are public are youtube videos, but I have uploaded a .wmv and a .mp4 video into a blog post today (most recent post) for you to see how the .mp4 is not working with responsive design chosen...

My default width is 600 px and my default height is 500 px, too, if that helps.

You are using an outdated version of AllVideos. You have to update to the latest version . You can get it from www.joomlaworks.net/extensions/free/allvideos . Let me know if everything works fine after the update.

Ok, I did the update, but it's still not working...

Can you provide more details regarding the issue? I see that the video gets resized properly as i resize the browser window.

It works for me too, when I resize my browser, but when I use my phone the video doesn't resize.

I don't know why the .mp4 videos are not working when it is on responsive?! The .wmv videos and youtube videos all work perfectly on both responsive and classic, but the .mp4's will not open for the responsive choice.

What's your device, and what's the browser you are using?

I have a Samsung Galaxy 2, Android Version 4.1.2 and I'm not sure what the browser is on my phone... It's the default one...

Hello I checked your site with an Android device and I cannot verify the issue.
You have to keep in mind that the default Android browser has been deprecated and discontinued.

hmm.. well, maybe it's just the android browser then... but it's hard to believe that, that the browser would cause the .mp4 files not to work?! i took the .mp4 video down now because it wasn't a video that i really wanted to add to my blog.. i just uploaded it for you to see that it wasn't working...i will put it back up.. if you go to www.healthybodiesfitnessandnutrition.com/hbfn-blog and under categories pick "more fitness resources," it is the last article (article 3)... you will see that the first .wmv video works and the second .mp4 video doesn't.. again, i have responsive picked rather than classic and when i pick classic, the .mp4 will work... (youtube videos also work fine..)

The second video is not working because you have used an unsupported format. You can see the supported formats at support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1403635-media-format-reference . Since you are using an MP4 file ensure that is encoded as required with the H.264 codec.
