All videos not working in safari was created by nita

Hi . In the website i am working on, allvideos plugin doesn't work in safari. There just occurs the blank space. Can you please suggest me something?

This probably has to do with the format of the video. Here are the formats that are supported: support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1403635-media-format-reference .
