I'm looking to show videos that's hosted in a protected web folder it needs user and password.

How to get it with Allvideos Plugin?

If you are owner of the webspace you can change that otherwise you have to ask the admin for user and password or to free the requested folder.

If you ar owner look for a .htaccess and .htpasswd it's most used technik to protect.
Change the content of .htaccess to free the requested folder and set that folder-attribute to 755 and files-attribute to 644.

To set the link in the AllVideo-Link tois a risk, anyone is be able to read that login, and the hackers door is be open!!!

There is no way to do this with AllVideos. The only way is what Hans-Jürgen Siegmund suggested however it does reveal the credentials to someone with basic HTML knowledge.
