Hi ...

The problem we are having is ...

When we do a render our site in Google Webmaster Tools ... we get an error message saying google can not access

www.OURSITE.com/plugins/content/jw_allvideos/jw_allvideos/includes/js/quicktimeplayer/ac_quicktime.js?v=4.7.0"

IT show up as a 404 error

the exact same site ON MY local server Xammp ... has no problem .. and pulls up the script

SO .... some how .. the live site can not access ... "
/plugins/content/jw_allvideos/jw_allvideos/includes/js/quicktimeplayer/ac_quicktime.js?v=4.7.0

ON my local server ... no problem accessing /plugins/content/jw_allvideos/jw_allvideos/includes/js/quicktimeplayer/ac_quicktime.js?v=4.7.0 we see the script

Can someone please point me in the correct direction to get this unblocked?

Hi,

Just ensure that:

1. The file exists on your server.
2. Your server is not blocking the file for some reason.

A link to the page with the issue would be very helpful.

The "ac_quicktime.js" file packaged with the "WONDERFUL ALLVIDEOS" is in CAPS .

Worked fine in Xammp .. CAPS or No CAPS ... but not on the live server :-)
