Hi, I've recently noticed that youtube videos inserted in my articles with allvideos are no more visible with Ipad. Pages with those videos often crash.
I noticed the same problems with pages in which I inserted modules with youtube playlist, using youtube html code (i.e. as iframe).

I have joomla 3.4.3 installed, and allvideos is updated to the last version. Before updating to joomla 3.4.3 there were no problems. So, what can I do to solve the problem?

Hi,

AllVideos is just using the recommended embed code by YouTube ( iframe version ) . If the videos are not working then probably something is wrong with your site affecting the YouTube videos in general, not only videos embedded by the plugin.

What's the iOS version and your iPad model? Is there a link to your site?

Infact, I suppose that the problem must be caused by the new joomla version. The address of my website is www.waterwind.it. I can tell you the iOS version of my iPad later. Videos are visible with PC and Windows phone or tablets.

Since the occurs with all videos embedded on your site and not just videos embedded with the plugin, there is nothing we can change on the plugin to solve the issue.

I would start looking for any plugins that may affect videos ( like optimization plugins ).

if it may be useful, the iOS version of my iPad is the 8.1.2 (12B440)

So, now I'm sure that the problem is the 3.4.3 version of joomla, because if I restore my old 3.3.6 joomla version of the website (I have a backup), videos can be normally watched on iPad again.

I think that's absurd. Hope that this bug can be solved in the following versions of joomla ...

I solved the problem. I had to set "Compress player JS scripts using PHP" to yes. On the previuos version of 3.3.6 joomla website it was not necessary.

Gosh! The problem is there again! And the previous solution doesn't work any more. The only way in order to avoid page crashing on iPad is to switch off allvideos plugin....

Yes, it works... Probably, there must be a conflict with other plugins. I've recently installed only a new plugin (acymailing); I'm trying to understand if that is the problem
