1. Ensure that the videos folder path is set correctly in the plugin settings.
2. Ensure that the files you are trying to use are supported by the player. Here are the supported media formats: support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1403635-media-format-reference .

tanne.dnshome.de/joomla/index.php/videos
All Videos Configuration:
local video folder:
images/videos
Path:
\joomla\images\videos
contains:
test.mp4
b.3gp
..
..
test webpage:
mp4 File Format!
{mp4}test{/mp4}
3gp:
{3gp}b{/3gp}
not sure if 3gp is supported, but mp4 is more important for me.

I am getting "Video cannot be played because the file is corrupt" .
I suggest to try with a different video file.

However we strongly recommend to use the MP4 format in order to ensure maximum device/browser compatibility.
I am not aware of any good converter but if you try to search for it in a search engine i think you will find many.

I can't get .3gp Videos working. The message I get is:
Error loading Player: No playable sources found.
An .mpeg file is working fine. .mpeg and .3gp files are in the same folder. The.3gp - file is not corrupt.
It's running when called directly via http://127.0.0.1/joomla344/images/Videos/1.3gp
I'm using plugin v4.7.0 and IE.11. joomla! is 3.44.
Thanks in advacne, Bernd

First of all you need to update your Joomla! installation as soon as possible.
Second, regarding your issue, is there a link to the page? It seems that the JWPlayer is not supporting 3GP videos anymore. Converting to MP4 is the current recommendation.

tried to set up in live for testing.
1) Created an empty module with the following: {3gp}videos/Supra/2015-Highway{/3gp}
This doesn't work too. You can see here: www.berndmkiii.de/index.php/supra/treffen
2) Createed an article with the following: {3gp}videos/Supra/2015-Highway{/3gp}
You can see here: www.berndmkiii.de/index.php/test-allvideo
Joomla! Version is 3.4.5 (latest)
Hm, converting to mp4. Any hint where to find a converter?
Thanks, Bernd

Local path in plugin is set to: images/videos/Supra
Article is:
<p>Test 3gp</p>
<p>{3gp}2015-Highway{/3gp}</p>
<p>Test mpeg</p>
<p>{mpeg}crash+am+ring{/mpeg}</p>
<p>Test mpeg</p>
<p>{mpeg}ride{/mpeg}</p>
Result you can see here: www.berndmkiii.de/index.php/test-allvideo
Nothing .... Even mpeg isn't working :(

In Addition I've assigned a preview image to the Video and present this in a small box on the right.. Is there a chance to manage a larger popup box when the preview imiage is clicked?
And another question. Any chance to change the size of the JWplayer logo? It appears nearly the same size as the preview pic :(
Thanks, Bernd

Regarding the logo, the version of the player that AllVideos is using requires to get a license to remove the logo. The latest version of the player allows to remove the logo for free. We will update the plugin in the next release to use the new version so the logo can be removed without paying for a license.

On the right you should see to small vids. Playing the vid would be nice in a seperate larger window.
Thanks for having a look into it, Bernd
