I've been using allvideos for quite some time with joomla 2.5 and have been very pleased with it. I just learned that the audio side is not working on mobile devices (Android nor iPad). I was looking for a solution in the forum but didn't see anything like I am experiencing.

I was using allvidios 4.6.1 so thought maybe I needed to move up to the current version, 4.7..0. I installed 4.7.0 and now cannot even get the audio bar to come up on the computer, and definitely not the mobile devices. I reverted back to 4.6.1 and get the "Error loading player: HTML5 player not found'. Reinstalled 4.7.0 and now cannot even get the audio bar to come up.

I would appreciate any help you can give me to get this plugin working again AND working on mobile devices.

I enabled it and now am not getting anything - not even the reference like yesterday.

The videos are ok now tho.

Try to go to the plugin options and set "JW Player loading location" to "CDN" .

I set the JW Player to CDN and got pages of this:

The audio bar came up, but did not play.

You must have done something because now the audio works fine -- even on mobile devices. Thank you so much for sticking with me and resolving this issue. I really do appreciate it.

Try to disable the scripts compression on your site.
