The mandatory installation of SilverLight is a problem.

It does not run on any Mac OS X 10.3.9 as well as others.

There is an alternative Flip4Mac - however even when you install the Flip4Mac plugin, AllVideos does not recognize it and continues to send you to download SilverLight.

This is a problem.

There has to be some way around requiring SilverLight to view WMV files.

I´m totally in accordance with you.
We can´t use AllVideos with mandatory software installation.
Severals visitors ask me to use another way to show the videos and audio files.
Nobody wants to install more Microsoft software.
In Joomla 1.0.x  I was using AllVideos without SilverLight, it was working great.

Someone knows how to disable silverLight or change it to the old manner?
