On the shared hosted server I am using, I have had very little success installing modules or templates using the install option.  My success has been by copying the unzipped folder with files to the correct location on the site.  This is my first attempt with a plugin.  I did not find the plugin in the manager after copying the folder and files to the location I tried (/plugins/content/jw_allvideos).  I put the jw_allvideos.php & jw_allvideos.xml in the /plugins/content folder.  Anyone have instructions on how to do a manual install?

I'm replying to my own post.  I looked at other plugins and their folder location on my site and copied the allvideos files/folders in a similiar fashion.  Then I looked at the xml file from other plugins and looked in the plugin table in the database to see how the fields were populated.  After copying down the field data from the allvideos xml, I added a record in the database.  It worked!
