I get this error message and have no clue how to solve it. It displays on JW demo page as well so it's possibly not a local issue.

I also am having this problem but I am using version 2.5.3 of all videos which appears to be the current version.  Did I miss the update or is it just not out yet.  I noticed a prior post stated Friday so I just wanted to be sure.

I've seen your reply to anim8tor about the mambot support. I've tried to locate the update but couldn't find it. Was is published already somewhere? If not could you tell us approximately when it will be ready. My only concern is the Flash 10 player bug. More and more clients are complaining about it. Thanks very much.

I don't think they updated the plugin which is why I asked the question.  There was a post approx. Nov 11 that stated an update would be available this Friday but the available version is still 2.5.3.  I would love to know if and when an update will be available as well.

I'm having the same problem-only the Flash 10 error.  I've had to stop marketing the site because of the complaints.  It's a tough time too with the holidays.

I receive the above message using Firefox browser and not IE. I am using version 2.5.4 of the Allvideos plugin. An image is attached for reference. Any ideas on a resolution please?
