Hello,

It depends on the implementation of the popup and if it'a s a module, a template part etc.

Also keep in mind that JWPlayer will not trigger properly within elements which have a display: none value.

It really comes down to which popup and method you want to use.

It does matter actually which modal if you are using a local/remote mp3 file because JWPlayer will not initialise in a hidden element which uses display: none;

Can you ask the devs if a modal comes bundled with the template?
Otherwise you can use a custom solution like Fancybox or Swipebox.
