3 Questions About Player Display was created by RS N
Hi, out of the box this extension looks promising but I have 3 quick questions as I'm trying to get it up and running properly.

First, is there a paid version that will remove the ugly JW logo that's splashed across the top right? It's very distracting and I'd be happy to buy a Pro version to make it go away. Unfortunately, it's unusable for me with that there :-(

Secondly, there seems to be a catch-22 with the player sizing. I'd like the player to be responsive, so that if viewed on smaller screens or mobile devices, it's resized accordingly. However, if I choose the responsive setting, the player expands to fit the whole body of the article and it distorts the video, which ends up having some sort of strange fill effect where the edges are cut off. If I choose Frame or Classic, then it's not responsive. I'd like the player to have a MAX-WIDTH/HEIGHT of whatever the parameters for each video specify - i.e. {mp4}videoname|468|264|0{/mp4} - and only be sized down from that in the responsive setting. Any larger screen should just show it at the maximum dimensions specified in the tag. How can I do that? I would also like the video to be aligned left, not centered. Is there a way to do that as well?

Lastly, instead of having it inline, is it possible to load the plugin within a popup lightbox? So instead of having it automatically appear on the page, it would be great to have a "Watch Now" link and then have it appear in a lightbox when clicked.

Thanks!

Hello,

A licence is needed in order to remove the logo. You can get it from www.jwplayer.com/

You can use a custom lightbox solution (or an extension) but JWPlayer does not play nicely with display: none; if you are using native videos.
YouTube videos will play nicely.
