I have a similar issue with AllVideos 4.8.0.
I upgraded from AllVideos 4.7.0 and to AllVidoes 4.8.0 and the upgrade caused my audio player to be non-responsive (the All Videos audio player would not perform with my responsive template layout).
I corrected the issue by reverting back to AllVideos 4.7 (installing the AllVideos 4.7 plugin). The audio player performed responsively with my responsive layout.
Problem encountered using Joomla 3.8.1, PHP 7 and AllVideos 4.8.0. Problem fixed by using Joomla 3.8.1, PHP 7 and AllVideos 4.7.0.

I played around with the 4.8 ver with j 3.8.1 and found that i had to create a directory
SiteRoot/images/audio
and put the audio file there
Then
use the tag like this {mp3}MP3FILENAMEWITHOUTEXTENSION{/mp3} (with no spaces)
to get it to work inside a Joomla Article as it appears you may be doing.
