The sources are there and had been working.

This is the code from the page:

The 2009.flv file is in the folder listed in the All Video options. These videos were all working previously.

Unfortunately this is not related to the extension.
Chrome is blocking FLV videos, if you check our demo page -> demo.joomlaworks.net/allvideos the same issue will be present in Chrome. Unfortunately in the latest two versions of FF this behaviour is also present.
