I tried to make a new intranet site with the new version of allvideo. On our old site we used the 4.7.0 version.
I had some issues that there are already topics for but i wanted to make an single post with all my issues

First issue, nothing on screen. I searched and discover a problem with clappr. Clappr needs an external javascript library. And i can't load it because the site is on an intranet.
So i changed the plugin and use jw player all the time (i found this solution somewhere in the forum).
I don't really like this solution but at least i don't have issue anymore with clappr

And now i have another issue. invalid licence key. It is not really a mistake because on local it seems that you need a key. But with the version 4.7 of allvideo you didn't have the problem.
So i go to jw player site (i also checked the generic key, it is the same for the 4.7 and the 4.8) and.. it seems it is not free anymore...

So there is a solution to use allvideo 4.8 for a intranet for free ?
Maybe it is possible to use clappr on an intranet ?

The approach (changing the player to JWPlayer) was the correct one for your case.
You can also use your own key which If my memory serves me right can be obtained for free.
