How to install AllVideos? was created by David Evans
It's been a long time since I messed around with Joomla but for the life of me I can't figure out how to install this plug in.
I've searched several topics here and I can't find any instructions on how to do it. The documentation page has nothing about installing it. I've installed modules before but I just can't figure out where to upload this plug in. I've tried uploading to the plugins directory but that doesn't seem to work and I assume I need to put it in one of the other folders.
Can anyonme give me a clue?

What version of Joomla do you use?
For Joomla 1.5 the procedure is very simple:
1)You download AllVideos 1.5version
2)You go to your Joomla Administrator and you select Extensions>Install/Uninstall
3)You search for your package file and you select Upload & Install
After you finish you go to Plugin Manager and... here it is! You must just enable it and that's all ;)

Hi,
Noob here. I did what was suggested, have joomla 1.5. I downloaded AllVideo, installed it. Went to plugin, enabled it. Copied some videos over to the /videos section. But I do not see it anywhere in my website. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I really appreciate this post. I am trying to install the latest 2.5.3 plugin. But, I cannot see the typical AV media button that usually sits at the bottom the the editor (long side the "image btn").
The plugin has been enabled, but i cannot see how I can insert the Flash content into an article or a module???
I appreciate anyone's help, thanks!
