I'm using All4Videos on this site: www.aegerihalle.ch/

It worked like a charm, but all of a sudden, it stopped working. File is still there: www.aegerihalle.ch/images/video/waaijenberg_aeegerihalle_d.mp4

The code remained untouched: {mp4remote}www.aegerihalle.ch/images/video/waaijenberg_aeegerihalle_d.mp4|600|400{/mp4remote}

I checked on Edge, Chrome, Opera, Firefox, it simply does not show the video, but when you hoover over the empty screen you get the "JoomlaWorks All4Video..."-Tooltip. When i deactivate the plugin, it shows the {code} I stated previously.

I deinstalled and reinstalled the plugin and reenabled it, but still, an empty screen.

The video has been untouched as well, and when I open the link in a new window, it plays; therefore it cannot be the video.

I use: Joomla! 2.5.14 / 5.6.32 . I am aware, that the Joomla version is "very old". But the site should be integrated/migrated to another hosting and/or site, therefore I will no get any funds to migrate/upgrade Joomla to the latest version.

Any ideas, what might have caused that problem?

your videos on that site all appear and play for me.

That is really strange. As I get an empy white space, where the video should be on several pcs (different browser versions) and on my smartphone (firefox and chrome browser).

With the same pc/browser configurations it worked before.

Try clearing your browser's cache since the video is working fine on my end as well.
