I use Allvideos for some time now. Recentely {mp4remote{ stopped working. {mp4} still works.
I work with Joomla 3.8.3; Allvideos 3.8.0 and PHP 7.2
I tried mp4remote with Internet Explorer 11, Edge, Chrome and Firefox. Sometimes I see nothing, sometimes it looks like the browser is trying to load the mp4-file. When I use the same mp4-file with {mp4} there is no problem. I tried a lot of things solving this problem including erasing the cache files. Anyone else with the same experience but with a solution?

The remote videos you are using produce a 404 (not found) error:

Funny. A few weeks ago there was no problem with this address. The videos worked correctly. Nothing changed except an update or updates from Joomla and an update from Allvideos. I blame it on the updates. Allvideos could find the video. The url has not changes but now it produces a 404 error. ???

AllVideos will not remove any files, furthermore the file is not accessible from the browser which means that it is not there. This means that the path to the video (physical file) was changed.
