Hoping someone can help, this is the 3rd player I have tried and none are working.
Symptoms:
The player does not load, there is a blank spot in the article where the plugin tag is inserted.
The tag is thus:
{mp3}tuftedtitmouse.mp3{/mp3}

I think I copied the template files correctly, they are as indicated here:
/templates/beez_20/html/jw_allvideos/default.php
/templates/beez_20/html/jw_allvideos/css/template.css

The installation does not show up in my "root/plugins" folder.

Chrome inspection console shows these errors:

Failed to load content.jwplatform.com/libraries/VudZEfME.js

The page cannot be loaded Chrome returns "This site can’t be reached"

Must be an intermittent server error. I just tried it with Chrome and the page loaded on the 1st try, after a 1 second delay loaded OK on the 2nd try, then I had the same response that you mentioned and it took about 5 refreshes to load the page. Not sure what is going on but maybe it is all related to the problem I originally mentioned??? Sorry for the hassles.

AllVideos (if broken) would cause another issue, so I doubt this is related to the extension.
I am getting a 403 forbidden error now. -> Forbidden
