error code: html5_video:4 is shown in player was created by Mac-Mortal
hi. when i crate item with k2 and add media, media doesn't load in website.
i checked media path and that's ok.
Error message :

Could not play video.
There was a problem trying to load the video.
Error code: html5_video:4

before joomla update everything was OK
If you look, you'll find that the video doesn't load at all.

But the video does not playing on my browser ( IE, Edge, Chrome, Firefox)
just show black box instead of video.

I have the same issue
in fact, if a play the video directly in the browser (not local, but with URL) works fine
