I installed membership Pro joomla extension and would like to know if AllVideos plugin can restrict your Videos and categories based on user group?

AllVideos is meant to be used inside Joomla articles, K2 items and so on. If you restrict access there, you don't have to do anything special with AllVideos.

If you want to combine free and premium content on the same page, you can combine AllVideos with this plugin from Regular Labs: www.regularlabs.com/extensions/conditionalcontent
