Hi
I am getting the error message: there is a problem trying to load your video
I have checked the plugin file path and it is correct so I can't work out what else is going wrong?

I'm another new member and encountered the same message trying to load a MP4 file yesterday. After searching the forum, it seems that despite the documentation AllVideos does NOT actually play MP4 files.
Advice was to convert the file to FLV (Flash Video) and play that. After converting the file, I'm getting the message:
"Error loading player: No playable sources found"

I am experiencing the issue with mp3 audio. I am not trying to play a video. Could you please start a different thread for your issue so that the admin can treat them separately.
Please note: I am getting an error message: there is a problem trying to load your video
This is when loading an mp3 file to images/audio

@WebDev You need to paste back here the plugin tags you're using and tell me the base path you've set in the plugin parameters as well as the location of the actual file(s). It looks like misconfiguration...
@Michael Haupt Your post is confusing. Which is it? MP4 or FLV that you're having issues with? Our demo site clearly indicates that AllVideos has no issue displaying MP4 files. FLV files are a different story. They require Flash and a paid JW Player license (used to be free but now that's no longer an option - one of the reasons we're removing JW Player in the next update). Flash is not triggered by default in browsers nowadays, so you should avoid FLV at all costs.

You need to add {mp3}song{/mp3} - the point is that you don't need to specify the file extension as you already do so in the plugin tags.
