I have the latest version of joomla and allvideos. I've uploaded an mp3 file onto the server. When I put the correct code in my joomla article, the player shows on the frontend, however it is empty.

Other mp3 files seem to working fine. I've checked that the file name is accurate in joomla article, and it is. Not sure how to fix this issue. Thanks in advance for the help.

I'm still hoping to hear from support with a resolution. Haven't heard back yet
