I embed the  {mp4}praktijk-p-coaching-therapie{/mp4} code into the article.
everything is correct.
I hear the voice but the video screen stays black.

I tried the mp4 before and I worked on my computer, so it is not corrupt
I don't know how to let it work.
Is there someone who can help how to solve this problem?

The video is bad. Call it directly on the browser and you'll see there's no picture: www.p-coachingentherapie.nl/images/videos/praktijk-p-coaching-therapie.mp4

This probably means that although the filename is .mp4, the actual video may use a different codec which is not web-compatible.
