Any help or pointers much appreciated:

AllVideos link to videos on the server not working.

Frame for video and link for download appear, but neither works.

Files are there and I've tried all combinations of full route URL, route in configuration, files in indicated folder, file permissions... Nothing works.

Will post images.

Any pointers to what I might look into would be very welcome.

Links to youtube videos work fine.

Links to audio files work fine.

take the dot mp4 (.mp4) off and only use the name without the path.
also i have had flaky results with lower case mp4 , it likes MP4 .

Tried all combinations. Still doesn't work. Lower case. Without extension. Upper case.

Uploaded video to YouTube and that works, but I would rather have the video from our server.
