I received this answer by email:
Go to YouTube.com, find the video you want to share, and follow these instructions.
1 Click Share directly beneath the video.
2 In the pop-up box, check the box next to Start at.
3 Enter the time you want the video to start. ...
4 Select Copy to copy the time-stamped URL.
But that is exactly what I did.
I entered the time where the video have to start.
In my case 30.35
Then I copy the code and used that between the youtube tags in my article.
When I visit the frontend I see two options. Once the video is starting at 0.00 and an other time the video starts at 30.03
Not 30.25
So I am not sure what I am doing wrong, but this is not good.
