the AllVideos plugin is working fine on my computer, but from my phone and tablet I receive a message "This video is unavailable."  I am using the video in a Joomla popup but the results are the same when the tags are added to a regular article.  Also, the problem occurs with both the full URL and with just the characters after the '?'.  My phone is a Samsung S21 and my tablet is a Samsung Tab S6.  I tried three different browsers on the phone.

The video is on the home page at www.riversidesnowbirds.com.  I have attached two pictures from the laptop and one with the results on my phone.

It appears that the problem is that only landscape videos will display on mobile devices.  I have removed the video.
