That's because you've install the the latest version of JoomlaWorks "AllVideos" Plugin v3.0 for Joomla! 1.5 (Last update: August 25th, 2009 - version 3.0) There's a major code change in this plugin compare to previous version.
It's still working fine with v2.5.4, so if you're desperate, use the old version.
We're updating our plugins and will post the hotfix soon. Thanks.
