I was thinking of buying this product for a clients website.
However, after 2 emails and almost 48 hours with no response from anyone at your company alarm bells are starting to ring.
Don't you want new business or have your staff all deserted you? >:(

AllVideos is a non-commercial product. In other words is free. You can download it and test by yourself.

Thanks for answering - you are the first person in your organisation to do so!
I have downloaded it, but I cannot find any decent literature for the product anywhere.
I just want to know if I can make a playlist for mp3's and display it like MySpace do it?

Well I have read the 'one page documentation' a few times but cannot see anything about playlists on there. Maybe I'm being silly, but I always expect documentation to be detailed and across many pages rather than a few vague lines and a couple of tables.
Can nobody please help me at all? - surely this is just a simple question?
Can this product do play lists or can't it?
I dread to think what kind of support is available if something really goes wrong based on this experience.

I am sorry to inform that all these people who use AllVideos in their sites had no problem with documentation info. For other problems that may have faced they used our forum. However, this is not a commercial plugin which means that we have created and share it with all of you for free. We are glad to help you any time you are facing difficulties concerning our free extensions but we would expect from you to understand that we have many other extensions to support and some of them (the commercial ones)provides with the necessary to support our families.
At the documentation which is small, simple and easy to understand and to use-just like our plugin- you will see how to play video via mp3. AllVideos is not a plugin for playlists. It is made to display videos via many different providers in a website.

Your documentation is small and does not contain the answer to my question, hence posting it on here.
For you to then lazily just refer me back to it shows you probably did not read my email or you yourself do not know what your own documentation contains.
You finally answer my question in your last sentence and I wonder why I had so much trouble just to get a straight answer out of you.
I have learned not to use you from now on that's for certain. if you cannot even answer a simple pre-install question when I have looked elsewhere for it, there is no way I can see you pulling out support when something bad happens.
I went to AllVideo Reloaded today. They have an 11 page documentation in multiple languages which answers questions in a sensible and easy way.
What a shame your outfit seem intent on being obstructive and difficult.

X-Bumble, I feel your pain.
I'm flat out getting a response to my question (which I can only think makes good logical sense for any serious user of Joomla and video).
Granted, it's a free plugin and there is only so much time the paid staff can justifiably spend on it. But the silence here is disturbing.
