I've installed Allvideo plugins, and I'm so glad to find it works.
Unfortunately, these days I found the player became crash or something with my firefox, so it was seems to be like this :

I'm sorry coz it was solved. It's all just about two different version of my Flash plugins and make my firefox confused.. And everything going to be ok..
