Hi, I am not a programmer but just starting out with joomla on personal site.  I've installed the all videos plugin and I need some documentation on how to use it and add videos (located on the server) to an article.  I saw the support documentation but it only shows how to install it.  Is there a simple step-by-step guide on how to use the plugin and embed a video to an article?

It wasn't as difficult as I thought it was ..
For the newbies out there, all you have to do is enter the tags as per the docs provided

For example, I had:
{flv}images/stories/videos/myvideo.flv{/flv}

and view it live, i.e. do not use the preview link in the article manager.
I was trying to use the preview and nothing was coming up.
