I've installed AllVideos and have it kinda working on my site

Problem is when I start the video I get the sound but no picture - the whole thing can run without an image - then if I replay it I sometimes get the picture - sometimes not. Sometimes I might have to rerun the whole movie three or four times to get a picture.

A little more testing and this is what happens - If I have two windows open on my browser - I can start the movie - get sound only - switch to the other browser window and straight back again - and the picture is there. Doesn't seem to matter how quickly I do this - the picture appears... strange

any ideas??

i'm on a mac using FF...?

I'll try and test on some other machines and browsers....

Bizarre - works perfectly in Safari (hmmmm - I wonder why??)
