Does anyone know how I would be able to add video support for IGN videos?

This is what the current embed code has... from IGN's site.

I tried editing the allvideos config file to include it but I can't seem to get it to work... half the time it just sits around like if it was trying to load the video but nothing ever loads.

I'm having the same problem with a .swf file loading. The player just shows a spinning icon and the video does not load. The .swf file exists on my server in the images/stories/videos folder.

I need some help figuring out what's wrong. Thanks
