I've got 2 mov files on my site -- I can see both fine, but I have several people who see nothing, or are only getting audio (and a Quicktime error message). One of my testers can see one of the videos fine, but not the other, so I assume it's something in the way I've encoded the mov (converted using QuickTime Pro)

Can anyone advise as to the best -- most compatible -- settings for saving a movie edited in QT?
