I have extracted these TOREDA files and used FTP to up load them.

ANGIE works fine and I have added the database details. It then completes but the site is just a long plain text menu down the side of the screen so its totally useless.

I have used the process with Takai and that worked fine - very please

Any idea if the original package is corrupt or something?

Make sure that you have extracted all files correctly and that the template folder is present.
Do you see the backend and only the frontend has issues?

There was no back end access because the back end login screen was not there.

I will extract all the files again from the ZIP and try again.

Your suggestion worked. Downloaded the Package again and extracted and uploaded again and it all worked.

Not sure why I see the whole thing on my Mac but not on mobile or other computers - www.idxa.co.uk/ardeevan2014/ does not appear but www.idxa.co.uk/dpv2 does appear on all computers and mobile

The first url goes to a blank screen in desktop. Enable error reporting from the backend to see if you are getting any errors.

The second is good.

SORRY my fault

I had installed OSE Security but the PHP.INI file was empty. Added the code and the site is visible again now.
